Recently, we've fufilled contracts with Johnson Space Center and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory for products associated with lunar projects. We have also provided components to contractors who worked on improving the safety of the Sikorsky Black Hawk helicopeter.
NASA's Johnson Space Center, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Stealth Composites Inc. collaborated to create prototype vehicles for a mission to the moon.

Athlete with Habitat and Chariot
Chariot and ATHLETE NASA's Johnson Space Center's Chariot research team, Jet Propulsion Laboratory's ATHLETE research team and Stealth Composite engineers collaborated to manufacture the mock lunar Habitat. In addition, our engineers collaborated with NASA's Johnson Space Center's Chariot research team to design and manufacture the fenders and wheels of the lunar truck, Chariot. These new designs were featured in a photo shown on pages 52 & 53 of "The Once and Future: Space" by National Geographic Magazine, copyright 2008, ISBN 1536-6596.
Chariot
Johnson Space Center's Chariot Stealth Composites Inc. designed and manufactured prototype Kevlar wheel rims for the Chariot as seen below. We also provided carbon fiber reinforcements for the front fenders and Kevlar wheels. The Chariot will function as a multi-purpose truck on the moon.
Athlete and Habitat
Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Athlete and Stealth Composites Inc. designed and manufactured Habitat Stealth Composites Inc. was commissioned by JPL to design and build a 1/3 scale habitat to sit upon JPL's ATHLETE (ALL-Terrain Hex-Terrestrial Explorer). The Habitat is a prototype for the living quarters for astronauts on the moon.
Kevlar hoops
Kevlar Hoops
These Kevlar hoops are used as the foundation of a new wheel style that NASA scientists are testing onthe Chariot Project. Thee hoops are created in different thicknesses and widths to give scientists the ability to determine the optimal load-bearing capabilities. The non-pressurized wheels are designed to work well in the vacuum of space.
Reinforced NASA Fender
Fender
This fender was sent to us by NASA engineers to have a layer of carbon fiber bonded to the back of the fender to increase its rigidity and toughness. This fender was then placed on NASA's new lunar truck, the Chariot (also reffered to as the Crew Mobility Chassis Prototype).

Habitat This habitat was commissioned by the Jet Propulsion Laboratories to be designed and manufactured by Stealth Composites Inc. We built tooling and carbon fiber parts to make the Habitat that sits upon the ATHLETE.

Blackhawk Helicopter Seat Mold and Seats
In early 2000 we collaborated with another company to design and manufacture bullet-proof Kevlar seats for the Blackhawk helicopter. The following images show the process used to create the seats.
